It was
definitely an S-2000 course. I only had to go to third once and in four other spots I was just tapping the rev limiter in second, or within a hundred or two RPM of it. If I was on a BSP set-up I couldv'e hooked up the laptop and raised the limiter 200 RPM and it would've been perfectly geared. And I had no hand in the design. Dave Hutter doesn't own, or even like, S-2000's

.
It would have been a great course for the S/C M-Coupe, too. I'd imagine Jamal & Palmblad would have been in the low 74's to 73's on it.
There were a whole lot of good drivers missing, so add a one to that PAX and that's probably reality. SS was missing a few. AS didn't have the Sowinski's Boxster-S, Sheilds wasn't there, and Ken Marion is still on VictoRacers (but with new Koni's) and would've been right there on Hoosiers. You can go on and on - no SideWays yellow S2K in BS - no Southard's in CS - no Jesse/Jim in ES - a lot of fast street prepared cars missing - small SM & no SM 2 class. I won't declare expert status from it, that's what I'm saying. But vs. last month there I beat the crap out of my class where Feingold went from up by 0.4 to down 1.3 and Leslaw was only 0.1 behind vs. 5 sec. back.
