how would i go about removing the spark plugs...i was reading around i some people said that they needed a tool to get at the plug wires to remove them. also how could i check for vacuum leaks?
no special tool required just get a 5/8 spark socket and take it out . to thread it back in it may be a good idea to have a 1/4 inch tube so you wont strip out the holes . As far as any special tools you dont need any. AS a rule of thumb you might wanty to get some new spark wires. Thatll run you 80 to 110 depending on where you get them . Most of the vacuum lines run on the right side of the engine comp. near the resivoir tank ( or overfill ) check them all out . they are usually small lines like 1/4 lines and so forth .
