TD06S 20G is a pretty healthy turbo, i'd like to know what trims on the exhaust side they use, the mitsubishi guys actually ran faster with the smaller 7cm2 exhaust housing than with the bigger 10cm2 exhaust housing, and it spools instantly with the smaller exhaust....without nitrous, a 7cm2 20G TD05/TD06 hybrid has gone 10.7's, so the turbo shouldn't be a weakness
