By Z31, I assume you mean the t25. The t3 Z31 turbo will not bolt up to a mitsu manifold... Then again, a t25 wont bolt up to the 1g DSM manifold either... I have no idea where you got this information, but the latter part is incorrect.

You would require a 14b for that manifold.
