What is keeping us from running o2 sensor-less? I've heard the ecu only has 16 fuel points (you'd know better than I would ), and so does an emanage. S-afc II has 12. Couldn't we drop the o2 sensor(s) and run off a fuel map? This should make tuning easier, because instead of the ecu adding/removing fuel, it should run on a flat-map, which is then adjusted totally by the piggyback.
