Default S14 Electric Fan wiring

Hello

I have recently installed a "16 electric fan on my 96 240sx and for awhile i had the fan wired directly wire to the battery but had to keep dissconnecting it very time i turn the car off. Well that got old and annoying really quick so I thought about using a switch but didn't want the button and having to remeber to turn it on and off, plus I hear the engine has to be kept a certain temperature for maxiuam performance. So I came across this link http://240sx.org/links/installs/efans/index.html, read it a few times and still don't really get the whole fan relay thing.
First there are 2 Fan relays, 1 Lo and one Hi according to the top of my fuse box cover. According to the pictures on the link I would be messing with the Lo relay, but what does the Hi relay do? Anyhow it says to remove the green/blue wire and tuck it away from harms reach. The nafter that I have no idea what to do. It says to route a wire in the place of that wire, and also to ground out a wire?

Anyone have a diagram or some advice? Right now I ride with the a/c button always on because the + side of the fan is attached to the + slot of the plug of the a/c condensor
Thanks in advance for any tips or suggestions.
