That 12A engine puts out maybe 130-140 hp to the wheels, depending on what kind of work it has done to it, which isn't bad for a car that weighs right around 2000 lbs. I remember seeing a video online with that same engine, the kid tried to blow it up by keeping it at 9 thousand rpms. It took about 7 minutes before the wenkel (rotary) came apart. If you ask me, thats simply amazing and a regular piston engine wouldnt last half that long. If you need further info., go to a searchengine and type Wenkel engines or rotary.
