yes it is.

its a 93 ex coupe with a 90 b16a the TB is after market and the intake looks simaliar to the type R it could be the stock b16 but its not like any b16 i have had. the wiring has been redone and i know this because it has black heat shrink on some of the connections. I am thinking of pulling the motor and replacing the wiring harness. on friday i am suppose to tried my p30 for a re-chipped p28 (spoon) so i am wondering if that may help. I am going to seek professional help on this problem.

SS - what would you charge to look at it?
and if anyone can post collins number for me I would appreiate it.
