Carburator gives you total control of A/F with the turn of a few screws (more or less
). The cheapest way to get this kind of control on a EFI is the new Diablo or Superchip for about $300-400. The cost of using the tools out of your toolbox which you already have to tune a carb is much less than fiddling around with a computer. My .02
Hell, worse case senario is you have to purchase a standalone type pcm. That will cost you at least $1500, plus the cost of a laptop. Cost effective my ass.
