Got a set of mk4 lower control arms for sale that have been sandblasted and repainted, why? Because I have access to a sandblaster and I was bored. They're in perfect condition, came off my car when I needed to redo my bushings and instead of trying(and possibly failing) to push the bushings in while the car was on the lift I went out and bought another set off Craigslist and did them, then all I had to do was swap em out.
