I need new wheels and tires for my daily driver

Needs to be 4x100 lug pattern

Needs to be at least a 14 inch wheel to clear the calipers.
Tried a 13inch and it wouldn't clear

Needs to be CHEAP.

Looking for wheels and tires for less than 150 bucks.

Steelies are cool.
beat up cheap rims are cool.
Just has to be cheap and has to fit.

Half way decent tires are very much preferred.

Ideally, I'd take some 16 inch,non-steelie, 4x100, with good tires, with minor scuffing/curb rash

But I'm pretty open to anything as long as the price is right.
