2001 Passat 1.8T that has been in a front end collision. The body shop it went to never finished repairing it. The accident broke the timing belt tensioner, and belt which bent the valves. Im not exactly sure which piece your refering to, the whole console or small plastic insert. Any chance you have a pic of it?
