here are some pics, no bent wheel or curb rash, just dirty with some brake dust. In order, all four and a pic of every wheel.

From those pics it looks like you need my center cap. Great shape.
I paid about $350 i believe for my 18' version of these so I think without tires you are a bit high. Good luck though.
