Alright here it goes this is a 97 Vw golf gl, 2.0L 5spd w/ 87k on it. The reason for me selling it is because i just need to move on and dont have time or patience to deal with this car. It has its ups and downs. I recently changed the brake booster ( didnt seem to work looks like it needs master cylinder $45) Brake pads and full tune up was done as well. The reason for me selling this vehicle this way is because its having some issues. I had it garaged for 3 years brought it back out 6mo. ago. I bought a transmission the guy who sold it to me lied and it gave me issues there first 3 mo. Now it drives w/ no 5th gear and a clacking sound due to the clutch that is loose an pressure plate in the gear box. How ever u can find another tranny for a good 400-600 pop it in and have a new car. The air needs refill but blower and compressor work fine. Might need to check the "O" rings. Other than that this car has absolutely NO MOTOR DAMAGES. I believe the injectors are dirty there for it sounds like a go cart. I can see to get it fixed before hand. Paint is good and interior fair. Top is fading no biggy. Im selling this vehicle for 1800 obo. Its a steal it will require a bit of work but once fixed you'll have a brand new car. It has a cut off switch due to the original tranny swap from AT to MT but ill show u the triks myself. Other than that its a done deal. HERE ARE SOME PIX
