WTB: MK2 GTI tranny

I'm in need of a new tranny for my MK2 GTI. I dont have much money, but 2nd gear is grinding. Anybody here have a tranny that I could buy that has no problems or leaks?

I have a 5sp tranny from my 1990 gti 8V its still in the vehicle u can try it before u buy it. I also have the engine too, make me an offer for the tranny or for both if you would like.

This thread was created back in 06 guys... And this member hasn't been on since May of this year. So im kinda sure he doesn't want a tranny no more...
