want to buy a manual 1.8t gti. 99 or newer

as a vr6 driver i see the opertunities you have w/ the 1.8 if i could do it again i would have spend the extra cash and got a turbo veedub...

extra cash? the vr6 is faster stock for stock and it cost more? so what extra cash are u talking about? and the oppurtunities with the vr6 are way greater than the 1.8t.. 1.8 < 2.8.. just get a vr6 and turbo it..then u will have the best of both worlds..u should just get a mk2 gti and swap a 12v vr6 in it and turbo that..it would be badass..way quicker than a newer gti..unless u want the luxery side of it..

im actually looking for a mk3/4 golf(2door), or mk3/4 gti 1.8t OR vr6.

hopefully at a dealer so i can trade my civic for it.

turbo+vr6 not built for boost and the 1.8 is just go turbo and do it right not the ghetto way of TR .... couple upgrades including turbo upgrade and that car will move...
