F.B.S.S. Air bag kit air suspension kit.

I have a complete air ride kit less your lines and fittings and brackets:
2-viair 460c compressors(used for 1-week)
2-air lift 2500lb bags(brand new)-NEW Dominator bags
2-air lift 2600lb bags(brand new)-NEW Dominator bags.
1-4-3way valve block(brand new)-all valves needed for fbss.
1-4 switch dual gauge switch panel.(brand new)
1-5 gal. air tank(brand new)

does the panel have the guages and switches installed already? or is it just the panel??

Panel has 4 switches 2-gauges with 4 needles.
