the only thing wrong is the crankcase grommet is missing so there is some oil on the side of the block that just needs to be degreased.... Other then that maybe a tune up and installation of the exhaust manifold which I have and comes with the truck.. I drove it 2 hrs each way yesterday with no problems.

 

crank case grommet? Call me stupid but what the hell is that?

 

The CCV on top of the valve cover... It just like a pcv valve grommet.... It relieves the pressure thats why u can drive without it to it just vents out the head....

 

Its like a $5 grommet at advance I'll pick 1 up and put it on lol...
