thanks bud. i was thinking about getting a diesel, but i will probably hang on to this. Everybody is scared of the mileage

 

I've got 210k on mine that I just put a motor in just because I wanted to. It still ran fine though I just wanted a built motor. I opened it up .30 over and put a cam and switched it to a 4 barrel carb. My buddy has one with 275k that still runs like new. I'd drive it to California with that high mileage motor. It's all about how it's been taken care of and serviced. Good luck.

i really like my truck, but i dont really want it to be my daily driver. i would love to build up the motor, i was even thinking of putting in a built cummins and sit it on some 38's just for the wow factor. i own 3 vehicles(this,88taco4x4,89stang) as it is and im thinking of buying this guys tundra from here and that would make 4.Im running out of room and to think of the money i have tied up in the cars.
