I need this car gone asap. I originally posted it up on craigslist for 1500 but I have run into some monetary issues. So I am forced to sell my car for 1k. If it doesn't sell within the week I will delete this thread as it is certainly worth more than I am asking.

-Needs new plugs and an oil change
-Needs a new front main seal ( like most 1uzs' )
-I personally wanted to get some junk yard front fenders although I have both which will go with the car.
-200k mileage
-Needs a new battery

Good:
-The car is super sexy and awesome
-The a/c blows super cold
-The car runs and drives
-The stereo works as do all other electronics


Keep in mind that the first couple of shots show a lot of film scratch, but the car could use a paint job

Great price, but the body is definitely not in "excellent" shape.

 

This is nowhere near excellent condition but it is an excellent price and i wouldnt expect more for this price. Bump for a good ad!

 

I will delete the excellent lol... I thought it was in pretty excellent shape compared to other Scs' I have come across.

What's wrong with the battery? does it just have a very poor life or would it have to be towed if i didn't come with a battery to pick it up?

^it is a 92' auto and it will run with a jump it just needs a new battery.

 

What else is wrong with it? I saw your other post on craigslist and you said stuff like it needs a tranny rebuild, and the tumbler was torn out so it needs to be hotwired to start every day...?

It wont be parted out... I f it doesn't sell I am just going to buy a 1j. The tumbler is popped out so it can be started with any key/ screwdriver/ knife/ ect... It doesn't "need" a tranny re-build I just don't want to seem shady when someone comes to look at the car. The piston seals in the transmission are leaking causing blow by. The transmission just doesn't jump right into drive when its cold. I have been successful getting it into drive every time by simply putting the car in reverse and then shifting to drive. After the car shifts into drive it changes gears smoothly and can be put in park, reverse, 1,2, and back into drive with no problem.

 

I love it when people say that line like it will fix all there problems."Lets buy a 1jz/2jz". You would at least clean the car up in the inside some other the then the obvious paint issues,its a wreck inside. I feel either a price drop,part out or a deleted thread in the near future. Parts car only sorry I like being to the point.
