Okay thanks guys.
Here is one more picture of the before. I should be rolling them tonight.
Evan - i need my wheel spacers back for the roller. Aparently it wont reach the fender without spacers...

I hammered and rolled. Didn't make much of a cosmetic difference but it doesn't rub as much.
I think i just need suspension now

IDK ill have to think about it.
this isn't about the car for sale, its about over fenders or used rear widebody. If anyone has them Please PM me.
