Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the bank will get the car before you get the money. They have the original lien and its practically nothing you can do about it. Thats just the way it works. You will have to personally go after this guy yourself for the money but you will lose the car to the bank. Even a mechanics lien wont hold against a good bank.

I have already contacted the finance company and made them aware of the situation and they have confirmed that my lien DOES take precedent over theirs.

Very good shyt indeed. I love it when scammers get the shaft, bought god damn time. I can name some other scammers that I wish would get it in the ass like this one.

I googled his sn and damn, shyt really has gotten everywhere, even on the Ferrarichat.com forums.

Damn kid even has a website about him due to this epic scam!

i know that he said it before but in this case the repo company and the finance company have to see out that the shop gets all their money or the finance company will have to end up owing the company that did work on the car (JAPWorks).. the only reason i know this is because i had shadowed a repo man back in the day because in Junior High School i was one of the bigger kids that could take anything.. 6 foot two hundred pounds.. and we did some crazy stuff. anyways if the repo company had been told by the finance company to go get the car, it would be a breaking and entering because of the fact that the shop and car are under lock... in which case, JAPWorks could and hopefully would go after the repo company and the finance company for trespassing and breaking and entering to steal a car. in which case they would walk away with serious CASH FLOW.. but thats my knowledge.. haha JAPWorks good luck with the sale, even though i couldnt see pictures of it, it sounds hella BOMB and that you will get your money for it...

Now that i have that punks information, im gonna book a flight to get at him...

if anyone else wants it, here it is

address: 3341 Landover Blvd,Spring Hill, FL 34609
phone number: (352)683-9191
property owner: JOSEPH & CONCETTA MAZZUCA (she goes by Connie as per white pages).
