im looking to do a build and like the title says im looking for a scion tc motor or if you only got a head or block im willing to buy it

yes i know but i think its an ecotec engine which is made by toyota.saturns use ecotecs and its the same or allmost the same as corolla and mr2 spiders and the ss motor bolts into the saturns,same engine as the redline if i remember right. i could be wrong but i know chevy uses alot of toyota 4 bangers in there cars i just dont keep track of them like that cause im a 7m guy. anyone else out there know? if it does fit i might have a great deal for you if you wante to go super charged.

i have driven a cobalt and it feels nothing like my tc

what you think there the same naw man i told you already they are to dfferent motors corolla's are 1.8 and cobolts are 2.0 or 2.4 and on top of that they have different engine codes..and yes gm uses toyota's 4 bangers but not scion tc motor

ok man thats cool. would have been an intresting swap if it was near enough to make it work.allthough i hear the ss's and the red lines are slow as balls anyways,prob not worth the trouble eather way.

well those ss's super charger's are going turbocharged with 286 ish for the 08 model now thats a upgrade
