02-03 WRX hood (OEM) - Newport Blue Pearl

Come get it in St. Petersburg for $20 firm.
NON-STOCK COLOR : Subaru Newport Blue Pearl (some people say it looks more like Subaru Atlantic Blue Pearl)
* Sand and repaint to an OEM color?
* Sand to bare aluminum then clear coat it?
