Default 2002 WRX Wagon

I am pretty dumb, the car's automatic timing belt tensioner was hopping around making noise...

137xxx on clock
30xxx on motor, rebuilt at dealership. I don't know if thats true. Ill try to get the rebuild papers from the origonal owner.
-3 inch skunk 2 exhaust
-Up pipe
-Skunk 2 downpipe
-Retune at 17psi
-FN01RCs

i would like to see 8000 out of it.

I would sell the everything to make the car run. Engine, transmission, Front axles, wiring harness, maf, ecu for pretty cheap i guess. I don't really know how much its worth so shoot me an offer. I guess a total of around 2500?
