I hate to do this but I have neither the time or finances to finish this the way it should be done so it needs to go to someone who will. I was told that it was built to run about 750 - 850hp on a PT67 and Nitrous with an 8.5K redline. I need the cash so the best offer over $6000 gets this monster. How about $5000 then? This is similar to this shortblock ($6600) and these heads ($5495) + you get the Intake manifold, timing setup, throttle body, ect... already assembled and never run for less than half the cost.
