Oh goodness. What are the specs on these?? Are they 16"s and if so, how wide?

No, these are off of a S14 base model. 15x6.5 I believe. They are light and pretty, would make a good drift set.

Shucks...still, the drift guys should love'em. A little wider and they would have been auto-x worthy.

I don't see why you couldn't use these for autocross. I would think the compound of your tire and your skill as a driver is more important. I've autocrossed on OEM wheels many times. Unless you're looking for that perfect fender/tire offset, I doubt it would make too much of difference. How wide of a rim are you looking for? I don't think there's anything OEM that's wider than 6.5" that came on a 240SX.

I am running in a modified class, so that sort of eliminates these wheels for use. Not that you couldnt, but most in the class run a 8+ wide wheels 17" or better. I agree with you though, in regards to a stock auto-x application...these would look and work well with proper rubber wrapping.
