Double and triple check your grounds. Bust out the wire wheel if ya gotta.

Highly unlikely it's grounds if you were driving the car and this happened randomly, first check relays and fuses as I would give that advice for anything, then if it fell flat and now won't start it's likely a timing issue either mechanical or electrical. Start at your cas, I can think of a few times people have had one bolt holding in their cas they left hand tight from adjusting timing which wiggled out with vibrations. You have to realize just because you don't have any codes doesn't mean everything is operating correctly, it just means it thinks it is running correctly. If it's not a cas problem my next guess would be it's a bad ecu, take the cover off and check out all the capacitors. Normally I wouldn't waste my time with this to be honest lol.

thanks anyways guys.

heres the deal, maf wire got melted and grounded out blowing a capacitor in the ecu that looks to be the ignition capacitor. martin at zfever resoldered a capacitor back on for a good price. and fired right back up. typical mistake

when in doubt, go to zfever. you're gonna pay a lot, but it'll be worth it when you get to drive your car again. glad you got your car running again

well mike henderson found the problem but we werent sure if the computer was still salvageable, later finding out that the more you crank your car over with something like this happening you can continue doing damage.... but i got lucky.

martin did it for a measley 88 bucks, beats the living hell out of a new ecu and getting it tuned. luckily my secret services rom tuned was untouched. lesson learned:keep wires away from hot places! duh
