No i'm not going lower on the half bumper, this isnt something that pops up for sale every week, i'll cut it into small pieces for fun, or fix it and sell it on nico or zilvia for a good bit more first, (probably cut it up for fun just because i'm feeling a bit lazy)

 

Are those Tien H-Tech Springs in the photo of the AGX's ?? If so, would you be willing to part with them? I did read where you stated no springs with the dampers...just curious.

No theyre for an Evo9, I bought a set of bilsteins with them on, installed the rear bilsteins on a past car, have the fronts as part of something custom, and apparently evo Lowering springs nobody seems to wanna buy.
