I thought my compressor wheel was hitting the housing due a grinding noise. Replaced my turbo, it turned out to be the timing chain guide

So i have an s14sr20 turbo for sale. Turbo does not leak, was pulled off my imported motor less than a month after getting it. Minimal play (About as much as my brand new turbo, normal for BB), can hear bearings on shut down. Builds boost perfectly.

No im not actually, but i was assuming so since it was identified by a buddy of mine as "All fucking sr's do that, i cant stand it"...he has only owned s13 sr's. On top of that it only happens at 40-55 mph when decelerating.

Typically a blown turbo will build choppy, or no boost...Smoke..leak oil...or have enough shaft play for wheels to touch housings.
