They're 15X7 0 offset, recently had new tires put on Falken ZX 225/60/R15 Spent over 400 alone on tires. They were painted and clear coated.. Z32 Look-a-like wheels
These wheels came on an S13 I bought a year ago, they have Nissan center caps, Nexen tires 235/35/R17, two of the tires are shot, the other two have maybe 30 percent life left in them. I have no idea what they're worth, I would like to see 400 out of them wishful thinking probably, sharp looking wheels imo though, heres the pics.. Local pick up in Daytona Beach welcome

I got my Nazi wheels without tires for $150 so a good offer on Rich's wheels should definitely be about double what i paid since he has brand new tires on em.

also yes to Whattadobo's comment. They are 15x6, not sure about the 0 offset but i think thats wrong as well.
