full set of 4x114 ~0 offset wheels no tires 100 obo

full set of 4 2 painted gold 2 painted black. all 4 have chrome, unpainted lips.
only 1 tire holds air 2 are popped and the last one has a leak...TIRES ARE DRYROTTED
