I have my old uprights laying around doing nothing. The have ES poly bushings with grease fittings for the arm mounts and Nismo bushings for the shock mounts, also comes with the little ball joint cones.

How much lighter are these than the stock s14 ones?

 

A lot lol, its a great upgrade to get, I wish I had the money, I'd buy these right now.

 

6lbs each side, its a pretty huge difference.
