Actually, he's an idiot for offering you $800 for it, so either he's fos, your fos, or he's an idiot, there have been plenty of shells around without fire damage that sell for less than your imaginary $800, the work required to fix the damage to that car is extensive, and realistically cannot be profitable for most people due to how cheap something better can be had.

But hey what do people around here who have bought and sold them, and watched countless others sell, know.

 

I know pricing. I am willing to bet my money that guy will never show, and if I am wrong he is either mentally handicap or close to it. Btw dont make me look like a low baller. Saying 275 plus you keep your dash that you value at 200 is very reasonable. I will pay 350 and you keep dash just because thats what the parts are worth.
