My dads friend had a 240, i picked it up because he was going to scrap it(dumbass), its a s13 hatchback, Its a 92, its as follows:
Single cam motor("brand new" head)
Sun Roof
5 speed
manual crank windows, etc
all interior is there, cracked dash(typical ka dash)
the color is like a gold
good wheels and tires
Note: the car currently isnt running because the fuel pump took a shit, i would replace it but id rather just sell the car as is. i will post pics when i get a minute, there is a small dent on the driver fender, and on the passenger side rear quarter panel, has a dent(can be easily smacked back out) other than that, id rate the body at a 7/10. thanks.

Price? And is there a reason the dohc was removed in favor of a single cam? So all it needs is a fuel pump to run?

Got any pics of it? I don't even know what to offer being that I can't test drive it, I don't know if it runs, leaks coolant, runs hot, pisses oil or anything else. I could either offer around 1000-1300 if all it needs is a fuel pump, or 500 for the shell because it doesn't run. There are just too many unknowns

nah man, he drove it and over heated it and warped the head, so he just replaced it, he was gunna get the bitch running but said fuck it cuz hes got to many vehicles, and just wants it gone, so i grabbed it, after he replaced the head, it started and ran fine, but now the fuel pump took a shit, so thats where its at right now.
