2003 g35 part out
To the OP. Why the hell would you put a motor in that is smaller displacement and less cylinders?
G35s are decent size cars. I would think you would need a lot of power to really move a G35 with an SR, and that build would have a stupid power band. If it were up to me I would be looking at putting in something larger displacement, such as an GM LSwhatever engine. Not only do they make more power out of the box than the stock VQ, they are still very light, make more torque, maintain the "V" engine design, and can be modified to some amazing horsepower numbers.
I suggest you sell your built SR and VQ, and reevaluate your options on motor choices. I guarantee you that that SR motor is NOT the way to go.
