Just pulled this out of my 13, its got maybe 5000 miles on new seals and bearings and is very solid! 4.08 Gear Ratio and VLSD from a Z32 with output shafts stuffed into an R200 S13 housing with an R32 cover (keeps the diff cooler). All you gotta do is add gear oil and drop it in!

Instead of buying axles, pop out the output shafts and use your 6-bolt output shafts to match the axles.
