THEY ARE KNOCK OFF"S, SO THERE'S NO CONFUSION.
THE SEATS HAVE SLIDING RAILS ON THEM, BUT NOT MOUNTING BRACKETS, an yes they are reclinable
250 obo OR
WILL TRADE FOR FRNT 5 LUG OR ALUMINUM 1PC DRIIVE SHAFT FOR A S13 NON ABS

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!
