On second thought, you could probably buy a tig, vacuum bagging equipment, and all kinds of tools, and fab a better set, cheaper, haha.

That has to be a typo. Btw these seats suck the big one. They are by no means comfortable what so ever. But I'm a big guy so I don't fucking know.

I like how everyone is an expert on the seats out of the Nismo version GT-R, which hasn't even been released yet! How would you have sat in them already? They're not 25% of the car because the Nismo GT-R retails for $160k+.

By the way, carbon seats from Sparco are anywhere from $2500 to $4000 a pair. Add leather, brackets, and Nissan profit margin, and there you go!

And you're not buying the materials, vacuum bagging system, and autoclave for $20k. Not a setup big enough to make 1-peice seats in, anyways. Plus designing the molds and engineering aren't trival. I'd like to see someone try it, though! These aren't sheet-aluminum Kirkey seats. Someone who was familiar and had resources at their disposal might be able to get close, though.
