They are both scratched up but not too bad the bottom one was painted so many times it was cracking and peeling so I was taking paint off when we got an aftermarket one and stopped . Both have the metal brakets on the top to mount them.

The best time for me is in the morning , due to I work nights , But most everyone else is at school or work so call my son at 235-8435 ask for rob, he will meet you at the house or you can pic it up sat afternoon after 3:30, it's up to you.
