So i had decided to rebuild the motor about a month ago (it had a spun bearing), after a nico buyer flaked on buying the whole spun motorset.


I dropped it off at my machine shop: to be rebuilt with oem bearings, rings, have cylinders honed, crank turned, and balance the whole thing.

i just found out last friday that i need a new crank and that mine was too messed up to use (couldnt be balanced at all). they also mentioned that the oil pump was bad, probably why i spun the bearing. sucks.

SO, i have decided to part out this motor to all my NICO CA guys. i have already bought a ka24de and dropped it in ( i will be keeping my megasquirt setup as of now, to run my ka with individual throttle bodies : ) !!!!. so this whole motorset is up for grabs now.

i have had an offer locally of 300 bux for everything (200 now, and 100 next week). i told him i will let him know.
i would like 400 obo for everything. it will take 300 in parts (bearings, rings) and labor to fix the motor. its still at my machine shop now if you want to but it and pay for labor. they already have the bearings and rings, and i have another crank for it.

ca18det motorset (chosen one's motorset). includes perfect condition transmission. perfect condition nissmo engine and tranny mounts. oem flywheel.all accessories except AC pump and powersteering pump.
-NO: cas, maf, harness (the car was running on megasquirt stand alone), turbo, valve covers, or clutch disc.
motorset has bad crank and bad oil pump.

also, i have a complete side mount intercooler setup with complete metal (not oem plastic) piping and turbo xs blow off valve welded on-$50.
