hell, it's a good start, it's got the kouki conversion, and everyone it seems but me is a super fanboy of koukis, it's got aero, some kind of suspension, the wing that people seem to like, carbon fiber hood.....
only difference that car has over the usual crap that floats around TR is that fuck ass paint job and aero.... that and the RIDICULOUS price for basically a shell....
that being said, if the price was it's average TR price, around $1500, i'd buy it, put my SR in it, repaint it, put some interior in it, sell the kouki front to some kouki fanboy, and DD that mofo...
as it sits, it's "mad dookie yo"

price isn't that bad. Its a running 5 spd s14 w/ 5 lug.
most of that terrible "paint" you're bashing is probably vinyl and could peel off. better wheels and coilovers (and peel off the vinyl) and that could be a pretty cool car. just because TR lowballs the fuck out of everything doesn't mean shit. Stock S14's go for $5-6k elsewhere in the country.
And the fact that it was in the fast & the furious WILL ultimately help the resale value. Imagine what the actual supra from the first movie is worth to all the fanboys out there. Just because you assholes can't spend more than $1k on a car doesn't mean someone else won't.

what's so hard to understand? it's the car from the movie. someone will be willing to pay extra for that fact. there's a guy selling a STOCK kouki for $6k on here? $6k for a stock car, or $8k for that? Price isn't that ridiculous.

yes but the stock kouki has full clean interior, nothing missing, no hackjob wiring, etc.... buying someone else's halfass project is never a good idea. Itd cost more to repiece together that whole interior than those junk ass rims and that ebay body kit cost. I mean look at the hood of it even.. its all fucked up

It's not like I'm saying "OMG deal of the century!!!" but its not worthy of it's own thread titled "ahhaha". I've certainly seen worse deals.
Its relatively fairly priced for the simple fact that it's one of the actual cars from the movie and it does have some decent mods done. If it was just some random guys car, then yes; the price is a little high.

I'm not defending the car, it's just not a bad price for a movie car, that seemingly has a fair amount of screen time an exposure to the car culture world... as much as we all hate to admit it, we're all seen every movie in the franchise, if not more than once.... hell the Saturn SL2 that was Adam Sandlers car in Anger Management got close to $9k, for a old ass Saturn....
