Jason, they're non-HID. From what I have seen of these kits, they're basically "fog light kits" which work alright I suppose. To do it right, you buy this guy's stuff and you put in some real hardware. Nobody does it but it had to be put out there.

What the OP has for sale is still less than just the headlight shroud alone and SHOULD be purchased by some non-cheap fuck.

I never installed it because i wasn't happy with going from crap S13 stock lighting to equivalent after market lighting, the driving lights are PIAA 55w halogens and aren't bad, the fog lights are a projector style that the company sent me when i ordered driving lights. I started looking for new lights a few weeks ago until i changed plans and put the car up for sale.
