is there a leaking from the head?

 

It's a 18 year old car and the cam cover gasket is seeping a bit just like EVERY single other 240 out there. (ones that havent had a new gasket installed) It could be washed off easily and would probably take years to build up like that again. The engine runs great.

No, but he may have a SR20 swap for 2k with rod knock "ready to drop in"

That's what it's about but that's not my fault. He bought that engine three months ago!!! He knew that I had never ran it and he knew where I got it from. Am I really supposed to do anything about it three months later? Even so, I do feel bad for him so I offered to replace the bearings, which is more than anyone else would do.
