4.114.3 LUG and S14

I'm wanting to spend like 600 bucks or so (or whatever you're able to find) for some decent mesh rims (like SSR Reverse Mesh or some BBS') at a relatively convservative size like maybe 16s or 17s and whatever the bolt pattern is and something that'll fill in the wells alright. Either silver/gunmetal or black is fine. As for the exhaust just like a used Greddy or HKS or Fujitsubo cat-back exhaust ....
