Default FS: GTiR t28

$400 OBO

recently rebuilt with a gpop shop kit and balanced + cleaned by CMR turbo.

very very minimal shaft play and everything is within spec; meaning minimal freespin (as i was informed by garrett).

compressor a/r: .60
exhaust a/r: .86
JOURNAL BEARING

comes with:

HKS adjustable wastegate actuator (no clearance issues)
turbo...
inlet pipe reclocked to work on an sr20det

basically everything to plug and play into an sr20det, ka-t, ca18det, whatever MINUS the oil and coolant lines. make your life easier and buy braided stainless steel lines.

$400 OBO

Why would you do that man? The pulsar turbo flows more than the S15 turbo. And it can hold more boost because the wheels aren't made of inkonel like the S15 turbos that always break. The only down side to this turbo is the fact that it is a lil more laggy than most T28's, but it's nothing that bigger cams won't fix. You should keep this thing, it is a good turbo. I got the same turbo on my S14 SR20DET, and I like it alot.

yeah it's a good turbo and flows better than an s15 turbo, but ive got 272/272's on the motor and it's way too laggy. this turbo flows very well up top, but i just need something that is a little bit more responsive.

i pm'd you. are you running stock cams? how much power are you making?

i really just want 300 max. im more comfortable with 260-280. im interested in the trade but there is one thing that concerns me:

im running 272 cams. i want to spool at 3500 at the latest. doable?

I made 330 with stock cams and a S14 T28. And supporting mods of course. You don't need huge cams to make 300 HP.
