i believe its the VSPL front mount (spec M). i believe its rated up to 450hp.

The manifold brand, i have no idea. I bought it off the same person i got the IC core from. Its a nice piece. Shoot me a PM and i'll snap some more pic's if you like

thats a vspl, the mspec is lower quality than that one.
