Those are called Dual Projector headlight (the yellow) is a foglight.
I had them on my sil-coupe

yeah my friend and i used stained glass spray paint to do our stock pop up headlights that yellow and they looked really nice till one night we got pulled over and both of us got $74.00 tickets
