Craig a stock driveshaft shortened and turned into a one piece will work. That way you can delete the carrier bearing and the hassle the cause. And if it wont fit because of the crossmember for the bearing, make a shaft loop.

Dont have the time, just sold my house and been cleaning and getting ready to take a vacation so I can look for a new home up north. $125 and you can have them.
