YOURE DUMB. t25/8 flange usually bottom or side mount manifolds....top if youre really gay.

nice turbo...i have one and it spools nasty quick and holds all the way to the top.

since he was going to use it with a flange designed for a t28, i think it would be a bottom mount. but no, i guess thats asking to much from you since your a nissan certified technician.
